Module Description. An exploration of professional character and passion, as well as organizational culture and mission. This program will help you understand the importance of personal professionalism, and how to contribute to a positive workplace culture. It will also discuss organizational ethics, culture and mission and the important differences between public and private sector positions.

The Presenter. Bryan Myrkle is the Community Development Director for the City of Charlotte, Michigan. He has worked for the city since 2000. He is Past-President of both Charlotte’s Can Do! community development organization, and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.  He has also worked as a reporter and editor for a number of Mid-Michigan newspapers, including the Ionia Sentinel-Standard, the Durand Express and the Charlotte Shopping Guide. He is originally from Durand, Michigan, and attended Lansing Community College and Michigan State University.
