Module Description: An exploration of professional character and passion, as well as organizational culture and mission. This program will help you understand the importance of personal professionalism, and how to contribute to a positive workplace culture. It will also discuss organizational ethics, culture and mission and the important differences between public and private sector positions.

The Presenter: Bryan Myrkle is the Community Development Director for the City of Charlotte, Michigan. He has worked for the city since 2000. He is Past-President of both Charlotte’s Can Do! community development organization, and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.  He has also worked as a reporter and editor for a number of Mid-Michigan newspapers, including the Ionia Sentinel-Standard, the Durand Express and the Charlotte Shopping Guide. He is originally from Durand, Michigan, and attended Lansing Community College and Michigan State University.
